ISRAEL SUNNY-GOLI'S DECLARATION OF INTENT TO RE-CONTEST FOR THE BRASS/NEMBE FEDERAL HOUSE OF REPRESENTTIVES SEAT UNDER THE PLATFORM OF THE ALL PROGRESSIVES CONGRESS, APC.

1. It is with profound humility that I Inform the great people of Brass/Nembe Federal Constituency, of my intention to re-contest for the seat of the Federal House of Representatives, to represent them, under the platform of our great party, the All Progressives Congress, APC. 

2. The confidence to take this bold step of picking the Nomination and Expression of Interest Forms today, which formally signifies my intention to stand for re-election into the Federal House of Representatives, to represent the great people of Brass/Nembe Federal Constituency, is drawn from the very encouraging feedbacks we have received from a vast majority of constituents, who have by their assessment, adjudged my first term performance as tectonic. 

3. Recall that prior to my election in 2019, I traversed the nooks and crannies of Brass/Nembe Federal constituency with my team, consulting and soliciting for the support of all. As we went from one community to the other, in the course of our campaign, I made a commitment in every community we stepped foot on, to serve my people and ensure the dividends of democracy is palpably felt across our constituency. By the help of God, I have kept faith with this commitment. 

4. To the glory of God, in my first term in office as your representative, I was able to move motions that focused on making life better for constituents, as well as successfully executed a plethora of strategic projects in the area of; rural electrification, potable drinking water, infrastructural development, human capacity development, grants to Small and Medium Scale Enterprises, educational advancement, boosting of land transportation, with the provision of motorcycles, tricycles and mini-buses to constituents, which also created streams of income for constituents to cushion the effect of the biting economic realities, et al.

5. It is heart-warming, and humbling to note; that after candidly assessing my first term in office as your representative, you have in your wisdom, benchmarked my performance, and rated it, as one that has been truly committed to making life better for constituents.

6. It is noteworthy to state that my first term in office, as a member of the federal house of representatives, has offered me the opportunity to garner invaluable experience in the legislative business, which has equipped me better, to not only go in the trajectory of my first term performance, but to surpass my record of dedicated service to my people. This is so, given the privileges a second term in the Green Chambers would accord me as a ranking member.  

7. What I offer, on my return to the Federal House of Representatives when my mandate to represent you is renewed, is responsive representation. One that responds to identified economic, educational, infrastructural and environmental needs of our Constituency. I will through strategic initiatives and partnerships with relevant agencies of the Federal Government, expand the scope of what gets to Brass/Nembe Federal Constituency, as well as put in place legislations that would serve the best interest of Brass/Nembe Federal Constituency. 

8. My fathers, mothers, brothers and sisters, friends and well wishers, my formal declaration of intent today, is the beginning of a new journey in the annals of Brass/Nembe Federal Constituency, a journey of shared-prosperity. To achieve this, I will count on your unflinching support, as I cannot run this race without your collective support, most importantly, your votes, remember, "Together We Can Do More".

9. The people of Brass-Nembe Federal Constituency deserve a representative that will make their heart burst with pride, by the sheer quality of what he is able to put forward to better their lives. I can say with a deep sense of humility, that i am that individual at this material point in time, who can make you, my constituents, proud. 

 10. I thank you profoundly for your anticipated unwavering support, to make this aspiration a reality. Indeed, TOGETHER WE CAN DO MORE.
